With a background in communications, PR, events, networking and community building, she creates spaces where people find their tribe, connect and collaborate. Genuinely interested in people, she’s passionate about creating communities people want to be part of.
PAULINA GONZALEZ
PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
HR Business Partner with 10+ years of experience supporting people and organizational initiatives in multinational, matrixed environments. Passionate about talent management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, organizational design, and diversity & inclusion. Throughout her career, she partnered closely with senior leaders as a trusted advisor and coach, helping individuals grow and advance their careers. In her words: "I particularly enjoy working with diverse teams and am passionate about contributing to women's empowerment and personal development."

CITY DIRECTOR
Born and raised in Poland, with 20+years of international work experience. Team effectiveness coach and intercultural trainer helping teams thrive. A green-hearted mum and wife with endless positive energy. L&D coordinator and creator of the "RELOCATION" program that helps people adapt to a new culture. Living with her family in Utrecht province where she feels home and where she creates inclusive spaces for others.
