Our Career Vitality Mentor Program is organized by our Mentor Team and designed to support ambitious women at every step of their career journey. If you are seeking strategies to take your next step or give back trough mentorship, this program offers you a unique space for shared learning, growth and connection.

About the program
- Timeline: January – October 2026
- Tailored mentor-mentee matching by Female Ventures
- A minimum of 6 individual mentoring sessions over 9 months
- Kick-off session and training for mentors and mentees (online)
- 3 face-to-face events with engaging programs and networking opportunities:
- Opening session
- Mid-program meet-up
- Closing session
- Price: To be announced before the application period
This program is organized by our Mentor Team and run in cooperation with our partner European Women on Boards (EWOB).
Who is this program for?
Mentees
If you’re a woman professional – employed, an entrepreneur, or in career transition, and ready to take your career forward, this program will be transformational for you. You will gain fresh perspective, grow your confidence and get practical steps to lead you next move.
Mentors
If you’re an experienced professional ready to share your knowledge to support other women in achieving their ambitious goals, we would love to have you as a mentor. For you, it a chance to give back and cultivate your own leadership and coaching skills.

Apply as a Mentor or Mentee
APPLY AS A MENTOR
You can apply to become a mentor if you:
- Have 10+ years of experience in business or other organizations, or 5+ years as an entrepreneur
- Are comfortable with where you are in your career
- Feel ready to share your knowledge, skills, experiences, and lessons learned
- Are committed to building a trustworthy and safe relationship with your mentee
- Want to give back and grow by helping others grow
- Can commit to the full 9-month period of the program
aPPLY AS A MENTEE
You can apply to become a mentee if you:
- Are at a point in your career where you feel the need to take the next step—whether starting, transitioning, or advancing
- Want to accelerate your growth and learn from someone who “has been there before”
- Are committed to maintaining an open attitude and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone
- Acknowledge the time and effort the mentor invests in you and are willing to build a relationship of respect and trust
- Can commit to the full 9-month period of the program
