Who We Are: Female Ventures
At Female Ventures we believe every woman leads her own personal venture. We focus on awareness and support women in planning their careers. We are a non-profit foundation providing knowledge, inspiration, and networking opportunities through a blend of diverse events, an engaging online and offline community, and a professional mentorship program.
Since our establishment in 2016, we’ve grown to over 1,400 members across five cities in The Netherlands, driven entirely by the dedication of 40+ passionate volunteers who share a commitment to female empowerment and Diversity & Inclusion.
By uniting ambitious women and giving them visibility, we offer them a safe and inspiring environment to flourish, build a network and gain opportunities to venture.
Opportunity Overview: Program Team Member – Marketing & Brand Manager
As Marketing & Brand Manager within our Career Vitality Mentor Program, you will be in charge of the communications strategy for the new cohort recruitment campaign and support the general visibility and engagement of the program through clear, timely, and consistent communications across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement communications strategy for new cohort recruitment campaign.
- Manage the MarComs calendar and content plan.
- Coordinate marketing communications with the Female Ventures Marketing Director and team.
- Draft content for social media posts.
- Prepare and submit website content and update requests.
- Write and coordinate content for the Female Ventures newsletter.
- Support additional marketing activities (such as event branding and promotional materials) in close coordination with the marketing team—this includes flyers, PowerPoint slides, branded gifts, and name tags.
What We Are Looking For
We value proactive, hands-on volunteers who bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a sense of ownership. Ideally, you:
- Are a creative but organised person
- Are confident writing and structuring content in English
- Are able to work both independently and within a team
- Love being part of a mission-driven team and want to make a real difference
- Can commit to 2-4 hours per week, varying across the program’s duration
