Strategies to Increase Your Negotiation Results

About the event

Do you feel that you could improve negotiating things like salary, pricing or contracts? Well, you are not alone! Research shows that there is a significant gender gap in negotiation results when women negotiate for themselves (we are great at negotiating for others). And we want to help you change that!

During this interactive workshop, you will learn basic approaches and techniques for negotiation. We will also explore practical examples of negotiations in real business situations. At the end of the workshop, you can network and exchange negotiation stories with the other participants.

The workshop will be led by someone who negotiates on a daily basis, Karlien Brolsma. She is a senior executive in the shipping industry where she has held procurement, operational and commercial roles with plenty of practical negotiation experience.

The event will be hosted by InnovationQuarter, an organization that works with innovative companies in Zuid-Holland to bring disruptive technological products to market. They help companies scale up (also internationally) and contribute to a cleaner, smarter, healthier world.
