About the program
- Timeline: January – September 2024
- Personalized mentor-mentee matching by Female Ventures
- A minimum of 6 individual mentoring sessions over 9 months
- Online kick-off session and training for mentors and mentees
- 3 face-to-face events with an engaging program and networking opportunities (opening session, mid-program meet-up, and closing session)
- Price – 149 EUR for mentees / 0 EUR for mentors
- This program is run in cooperation with our partners European Women on Boards and Odyssey.

Am I eligible to be a mentor?
You can apply to become a mentor if you have the following:
- You have 10+ years of experience in business or other type of organizations, or 5+ years as an entrepreneur
- You are comfortable with where you are in your career
- You feel ready to share your knowledge, skills, experiences and lessons learnt
- You are committed to building a trustworthy and safe relationship with your mentee
- You want to give back and grow by helping others grow
- You can commit to the full 9-month period of the program

Am I eligible to become a mentee?
You can apply to become a mentee if you have the following:
- You are at a point in your career where you feel you need to take the next step, either starting, transitioning or simply advancing
- You want to accelerate your growth and learn from someone who “has been there before”
- You are committed to having an open attitude and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone
- You are aware of the time and effort the mentor puts in for you, and are willing to build a relationship of respect and trust with them
- You can commit to the full 9-month period of the program
