Hi there,

First of all, I would like to introduce myself very briefly: I am Josefien, co-founder of Qlayers, a new technology-based firm (NTBF) situated in Delft (https://www.qlayers.com/).

Aside from my busy life as a co-founder, I am currently finishing my Master’s thesis in Complex Systems Engineering and Management. My topic is “selecting growth strategies for new technology-based firms.” You can probably imagine that I’m quite biased and therefore, I am currently interviewing other founders of NTBFs to get new perspectives on the topic.

Until now, I only interviewed male founders. Unfortunately it’s just not easy to find female founders of NTBFs.

For this reason I am creating this “challenge” and hope that you can help me with finding any female founders of technology-based firms. Not only for interviewing them, but also to connect and share perspectives. 🙂
