Please share some of the key findings and learnings post-event. I am sure that all the Female Friends will that information quite valuable.

We all needed some time to think about this 😉

But some of out key findings from the event are:
– Men and women are not ‘equal’, in the way that they posess different qualities and contribute in a different way. Though we should never be awarded inequally and this is something we should work on.
– Not everyone does acknowledge this difference, something we should keep in mind when applying for jobs/working.
– When you want something (like a raise or a promotion) it is okay to address this, but make sure that you are wel prepared to support your demands.
