[Rotterdam] Workshop: From Head to Body – A Somatic Journey to Deep Embodiment

About the event

Join us for a transformative workshop where we will explore the connection between mind and body. Through various somatic practices, we will delve into deep embodiment and learn to listen to the wisdom of our bodies.

This in-person event will take place at CIC Rotterdam, providing a serene environment for our journey within. Come ready to reconnect with yourself and discover new ways to inhabit your body fully.

This workshop will help you get a deeper understanding of why we are disembodied and stuck in our heads all the time. In this workshop, you will receive concrete somatic tools that will allow you to reconnect to your body in a new way that is palpable and felt.

You will leave this workshop with:

• a clear understanding of what being embodied means
• a capacity to speak the language of your body
• simple practices that will allow you to find safety in your body

Your facilitator:

Nada Mesqui is a somatic leadership coach, feminine embodiment teacher and founder of RaindropMovement. She combines neuroscience with ancient wisdom, somatic practices with personal growth coaching for the sake of helping her clients return to their own, innate embodied wisdom. She is a proud mom of two boys and a lover of movement in all forms.

Embodiment is a powerful somatic healing modality that allows you to regulate your nervous system, decrease your anxiety levels and feel deeply connected with your body. Nada & her team of embodiment teachers are offering members of our community free, weekly embodiment classes to rest, release and reconnect to ourselves.
