They will delve into topics such as fostering inclusivity, advocating for diversity, and empowering the next generation of leaders.

Our panelists:

Petra Beris is the Co-founder and Director of TransitionHERO, a company dedicated to helping GreenTech startups scale their technologies through algorithmic design. Leading the company since April 2019, Petra has driven numerous impactful and innovative projects from Rotterdam, Netherlands. She previously chaired Engineers Without Borders Netherlands, where she promoted sustainable solutions for developing countries. Petra brings extensive experience in new business and innovation management from her time at Tebodin, focusing on circular economy initiatives, and at Allseas, where she led multidisciplinary engineering projects and innovation efforts.

Melissa Ablett-Jordaan is a growth-focused executive with extensive experience building businesses across the US, EU, and Asia. She recently served as COO of CIC, overseeing global centers in sales, operations, IT, and software development. Melissa has supported startups, investors, innovative corporates, and governments, and regularly acts as an event host and professional moderator. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently resides in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
