About the event
On February 1st, Female Ventures Amsterdam will host their next event.
Speakers: Deborah Nas, founder of Sunidee & Irene Koel, founder of TheZooooo! These two female speakers will share their story and challenges with you and together we will support each other by connecting and learning from each other.
Deborah Nas, an entrepreneur, professor and public speaker bringing over 20 years of experience in strategy & innovation. After kick-starting her career at KPN and Philips, she co-founded Sunidee; an agile strategy and innovation firm. Sunidee works with leading brands worldwide on innovation strategies and new value propositions.
Deborah is also a part-time Professor of Strategic Design for Technology-based Innovation, at TU Delft, Faculty of Industrial Engineering. Here, she explores how to apply new technologies in product and service concepts. As a side activity, Deborah is a board member of Cre8, a social venture in design and urban manufacturing. In this role, she has the opportunity to experiment with innovative business models that can change the world for the better.
Irene Koel, started in advertising and once invented the Hamsterweken for Albert Heijn with her team. Later switched to business development and innovation (because she did not feel like making advertisements for Pickwick Apple/Cinnamon anymore…). She wrote colums for the Financial Dagblad, sold her marketing company BLOEI, and nowadays she gives advice to companies with her network company The Zooooo about innovation and sustainable growth, teaches at the Design Acadamy and at the Rabo Acadamy for SME companies and helps companies in rural areas in India as a volunteer (and hopes to earn karma points with it).
All of her activities come from one specific mission: challenging companies to work more creatively, originally and more meaningfully. As a speaker she uses her experiences and has a jukebox filled with stories to inspire and give the audience useful tips & tricks.
