About the event

We are delighted to invite you to our second event in Eindhoven that will give a platform to successful and inspiring women. This event will be dedicated to “Future of Work”, one of the hottest topic in the business environment in past few years. Have you recently wondered how technologies like automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence are shaping how we work, where we work, and the skills we need to work? Our exceptional female speakers will address the latest trends and comment on expected developments in our daily working routines. This event is hosted by EHV Innovation Café that takes place weekly on Thursday afternoons.

Speakers:

Marianne Hewlett – Senior Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer Atos Benelux & The Nordics. Marianne is an experienced executive and her interests in the Future of Work revolve around the technological and societal changes that will shape the manner in which employees conduct their work in the (near) future.

Prof. Evangelia Demerouti – Full Professor, Technology University Eindhoven and Chair of the Human Performance Management Group. Her work focuses on the processes enabling performance, including the effects of work characteristics, individual job strategies (including job crafting and decision-making), occupational wellbeing, and work-life balance.

Sarbani Bhattacharya – Former partner at KPMG Consulting Financial Services. Member of the board of Stichting Waste, delivering social impact in the sanitation space. Sarbani’s talk will revolve around  4P’s (People, Politics, Planet and Platform) impacting the future of work.

Before, in between, and after the keynotes you will get an opportunity to connect with each other, exchange ideas, discuss and support challenges in business. Drinks and small bites are included.

Invitation for whom?
All ambitious women who want to grow (further) professionally and want to help others grow, are welcome. Whether you have a long track record at a large corporate, whether you are a student, an entrepreneur since long or just starting. Young, young of mind, experienced or less experienced. Men are most welcome as well :).
