The Panelists

Here’s the people you’ll find on the “Empowering Ambition” stage.

Victoria Martinez is a seasoned marketer with over 10 years of experience. After starting her career in Finland, love brought her to Eindhoven in 2013. Between 2013 to 2018 Victoria had various roles in which she actively promoted and contributed to the development of Brainport as a high tech start-up region. On many occasions, Victoria has experienced the challenges of being the first international contracted by the organisation she was working for. Since 2019 Victoria works at Dassault Systemes as Global Industry Market Leader.

Rokus Harder has a long career within Philips Healthcare where he had many leadership positions in the area of Services, Marketing and Regional Management. Currently he is Director MRI Service Innovation and is managing a globally spread team of 30 persons (of which 7 women). Today his main focus is on Innovation and Team Development. He lately shifted to people development and did extensive trainings on Personal Development and (Team) Coaching. His focus is on people equality and he has been involved in several women development programs.

Louise participated in the Female Ventures mentoring programme as mentor. She will share how the programme can benefit you.
