We are seeking a creative and motivated social media volunteer to help us expand our online presence and engage with our community. This position can be based in any city in the Netherlands.

At Female Ventures, we believe every woman leads her own personal venture. We focus on awareness and support women in planning their careers. We organise events such as workshops, lectures, and others, to inspire women and help them build their network. During these events, women share their own stories and experiences under the pleasure of drinks and networking.
What will you do:
As our social media volunteer, you will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing a social media strategy to increase our online presence and engagement with our community
- Creating and publishing high-quality content, including graphics, photos, and videos
- Monitoring and responding to comments and messages from our audience
Collaborating with our team to ensure that our brand messaging is consistent across all platforms - Analyzing social media metrics to track the success of our campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
- Staying up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure that we are always ahead of the game

Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management and a solid understanding of social media platforms and their features
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with our team
- Organisational and time-management skills, and ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fluent in English
