Cross-cultural communication

As we increasingly work with colleagues and clients coming from different parts of the world, it is important to understand how cultural differences affect the way we interact with each other. Our guest will walk you through the Culture Map tool and its eight behavior scales ranging from Communicating to Deciding, to Scheduling. During this interactive workshop you will compare the relative position of different nationalities along the eight scales and discover how these can help decode in what way culture influences workplace dynamics.

Our speaker is experienced in cross-cultural differences and she will talk about her experiences and how to handle cross-cultural differences. Ofcourse, we also want to know what your experience is! Snacks and a drink are included, but be quick; there are limited seats available.

And what’s more?

There will be great moments to connect to each other, exchange ideas, discuss and support challenges in business. All this together with drinks and snacks, food for thought!
