Keynote speakers

  • Sarah Papamichalis – EMEA Rider Experience FOR Uber

Currently, Sarah is leading rider experience and operations, which covers digital and non digital (app/ride data, in and out of car experience).

Sarah loves to take you along the journey of how she led her career – from consulting to a start up, to a corporate and now a digital scale up – with the highs, bumps and occasional disasters along the way!

  • Helena Jansson – Senior Vice President, Finance International, FedEx Express

As SVP Finance International, Helena leads the FedEx Express Finance teams across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Helena joined FedEx in 1995 as Senior Financial Analyst, EMEA and, after holding positions in several functions across the Finance organization, she was promoted to SVP Finance International in 2018. Her passions since taking on the SVP role have been Finance transformation, people initiatives and talent management.

Another topic close to Helena’s heart is gender diversity and she’s actively engaged to promote this within FedEx. She is a strong advocate of a corporate culture that encourages a work-life balance for both men and women, where more women push themselves individually and unite to help one another along the way. Helena also sits on the board of the non-profit organization Junior Achievement Europe, which gives young people across the region a practical education in entrepreneurialism. Throughout her career, Helena continues to seize opportunities to nurture entrepreneurship within her teams, working environments and communities.
