Leading Your Career | Amsterdam | POSTPONED!

About the event

Women empowering women: Inspiring Female leaders with impact sharing their personal and professional mission.
This evening, women will share their story on how they lead their career path. Their stories about the opportunities and challenges they faced, will benefit you in shaping your future road choices along the way!

Keynote speakers

  • Sarah Papamichalis – EMEA Rider Experience FOR Uber

Currently, Sarah is leading rider experience and operations, which covers digital and non digital (app/ride data, in and out of car experience).

Sarah loves to take you along the journey of how she led her career – from consulting to a start up, to a corporate and now a digital scale up – with the highs, bumps and occasional disasters along the way!

  • Helena Jansson – Senior Vice President, Finance International, FedEx Express

As SVP Finance International, Helena leads the FedEx Express Finance teams across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Helena joined FedEx in 1995 as Senior Financial Analyst, EMEA and, after holding positions in several functions across the Finance organization, she was promoted to SVP Finance International in 2018. Her passions since taking on the SVP role have been Finance transformation, people initiatives and talent management.

Another topic close to Helena’s heart is gender diversity and she’s actively engaged to promote this within FedEx. She is a strong advocate of a corporate culture that encourages a work-life balance for both men and women, where more women push themselves individually and unite to help one another along the way. Helena also sits on the board of the non-profit organization Junior Achievement Europe, which gives young people across the region a practical education in entrepreneurialism. Throughout her career, Helena continues to seize opportunities to nurture entrepreneurship within her teams, working environments and communities.

  • Hetty Brand-Boswijk, CPCC, PCC, CNTC – Director of Coaching | Lead Coach at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam (RSM)

Hetty’s expertise is called upon to advise Faculty and Programme teams on the development of Leadership and (Team) Coaching Programmes. She has extensive coaching experience, working with international clients directed at identifying personal, business and/or relationship purposes from a value based perspective, and coaches in the development of actions intended to achieve that purpose with impact.

Furthermore, she teaches in leadership development programmes and speaks at conferences, focussing on emotional intelligence/agility as well as (team) leadership from a coaching perspective and incorporates neuroscience in her coaching and teaching portfolio. As Lead Coach for the Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations she coaches female clients from organisations that support gender balanced leadership and women empowerment.

We are happy to announce that this time FedEx (located in Hoofddorp) will be hosting our event. Before, in between, and after the keynotes there will be great moments to connect to each other, exchange ideas, discuss and support challenges in business. Drinks and small bites are included.
